How It Works
ADVAIZ establishes a co-employment relationship with its clients, which means that ADVAIZ is the employer for administrative purposes while the client retains all control of the workplace and the supervision of the employees. Under this arrangement, ADVAIZ assumes responsibility for payroll, tax withholding, benefits and most other responsibilities of a human resources department. The client company remains the supervisory employer and retains responsibility for job recruitment, compensation, job duties and performance, and the daily conduct of the employees.
